Laura began her career in London across PR, television, arts, and live events, before moving into talent advisory in Los Angeles and Europe. She went on to embed with one of the world's leading multidisciplinary creative studios, placing the people behind some of its largest global productions. At Huxley & Co. she works with principals and founders across design, sport, and hospitality who hold themselves to an uncommon standard. Understanding people, she believes, is the only honest basis for placing them.
