Huxley & Co.

Discretion is the premise of our work. This statement sets out how we handle the personal information entrusted to us.

Huxley & Co. ("Huxley," "we," "us") is an independent studio operations practice. For any privacy question, write to info@huxleystudio.co.

In the normal course of our work we collect information from three groups of people:

Clients and prospective clients. Names, business contact details, role and company information, and the contents of correspondence with us.

Candidates and prospective candidates. Names, contact details, professional history, CVs, references, compensation information, and any other details shared with us by the candidate or by third parties with the candidate's knowledge, for the purpose of considering the candidate for a role.

Visitors to this website. Limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected by standard web hosting services. If you complete the inquiry form, we also receive the information you submit.

We use personal information only for the purposes for which it was provided: to advise and represent clients, to consider and represent candidates, to respond to inquiries, and to operate and improve our practice. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (for example, presenting a candidate to a client who has engaged us), as required by law, or with the explicit consent of the individual concerned.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls, encryption in transit, and a principle of collecting only what is necessary for the work at hand.

We retain personal information for as long as it is relevant to our work with you, and for such further period as required by law or reasonable commercial practice. Candidates and clients may request that we delete their information at any time; we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act and, for residents of the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@huxleystudio.co. We will respond within the timeframes required by the applicable law.

We may update this statement from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page.
